What do Robert Pattinson and Prince William have in common?

Absolutely nothing.

But that didn't stop Robert Pattinson telling people he's best buds with Prince William and the rest of the Royal Family when he first started going to the US.

R-Pattz said: "I don’t think I’ve ever met them. I used to tell people when I came to the States that I did. They believed me!

“Five or six years ago when I first used to come to Los Angeles there weren’t many English people, now there are like a million and people still believe me."

Rob continues to travel between Canada, the US and the UK for work, and says he only needs three bags with him at any one time - although he does still lose things.

He told Jimmy Kimmel: “I have three bags. Luckily I wear the same thing every single day. But I still manage to lose things.”

And since Kristen Stewart isn't one to kiss and tell, leave it to funny lady Ellen DeGeneres to get the dirty deets from Rob.
During an interview on The Ellen DeGeneres Show airing this afternoon, Rob told Ellen why she is an integral part of his daily underwear choice...

"I save your ones [Ellen underwear] for special occasions," Rob reveals on the show today.
"I was doing the last Twilight movie, and I only had one pair left and they were those ones," Rob dished to Ellen while laughing. "We were doing this big fight scene and for some reason, I think the shape of my body, my back is too long or something, my ass is constantly hanging out."
When Ellen asks Rob why his tush is always on display, Rob reveals he may be even more of a freak of nature than we initially thought.

"I genuinely think I have a few too many extra vertebrae or something," Rob joked. "We were doing this big fight and every shot has these Ellen underpants. It came to a point where producers are calling up my agent going, ‘I don't know what he is up to, but I don't like it.'"
Someone who doesn't like R.Pattz? Hard to believe.
"They never questioned Fruit of the Loom before," Rob joked.
And with that, Ellen gives Rob a basket full of Ellen underwear.
But one of the most interesting pieces of news Rob shared with Ellen: "I don't know how to use a washing machine."
Um, ew? Looks like we will be seeing a lot more of those Ellen undies peeking out of Rob's pants!

Making for quite the memorable night, Kristen Stewart rang in her 21st birthday with a big bash at Executive Suites Hotel's Rockwell's Bar & Grill in Squamish, Canada over the weekend (April 9).

in an oh-so-sweet moment.

Twilight cast and crew helped Kristen Stewart celebrate the big 21 in Vancouver Saturday night with a private party at Rockwell's Bar & Grill in Squamish.

Guests, including beau Robert Pattinson, snacked on oysters and passed foods, an insider tells Us.Magazine.com. And just around 10 p.m., the birthday girl was presented with a "simple chocolate cake" by a private catering company.

"Rob led the crowd singing for her, and you could tell she was so embarrassed but in a cute way!" says the source. "Everyone was in a good mood, but it was a bittersweet night (as filming is almost complete)."
While the franchise might be wrapping up, Stewart and Pattinson's relationship showed no signs of slowing down.

"Rob and Kristin were together all night," says the insider. "They held hands and he kissed her cheek a bunch of times."
And it seems the actress will definitely have something to remember the night by, a second insider tells Us that everyone pitched in and got her a motorcycle.

"Rob was so excited for Kristen and they each took turns riding it," says the source. "Kristen learned to ride a dirt bike in New Moon so they thought it would be appropriate. Rob was supervising as she sat on it to make sure she was ok. They looked like they were having a great time, and it will be something they can really enjoy!"

On what he admires in Kristen: “She’s a real person and a real actress. It was the chemistry I had with her [that] helped me to get my role in Twilight.”
On his idol Jack Nicholson: “He had a huge career and he always owned his characters.”
On his career path: “I wasn’t even sure if I wanted to be an actor. I had always thought I was going to be a writer or a musician. But then I fell in love with the adventurous aspect of cinema. And I found the discipline, the ethic, and let me tell you, the inner call, which helped me to give a proper structure to my life.”

Robert Pattinson, star of the hugely successful Twilight movies has hit back at reports that he is engaged to co-star Kristen Stewart.

Speaking to the website, the R-Patz said:

“This engagement thing is total bullshit, I don’t even know where it comes from.”

“Kristen is my friend.

“I really like to work with her. She’s more mature than her age, a real professional, I couldn’t wish a better partner, because she makes my every move, every sentence authentic.” He added.
