Former Disney star Britney Spears will be joining Ryan Seacrest as a special guest host at the Wango Tango concert on May 14, 2011. The show will be held at the Staples Center in Los Angeles, California, and this will be the perfect way for Britney to continue promoting her upcoming album “Femme Fatale.”
