The 17-year-old Suite Life sweetheart will be lending her star power to help open the new Disney Store at the new Block 37 shops in Downtown Chicago on Sunday, October 24th!
Debby will be teaming up with Radio Disney AM 1300 Chicago to play some music, games and give away prizes PLUS shoppers will get the chance to win tickets to The Lion King at Cadillac Palace Theatre.
